Property-specific Regulations for the Use of CDFW Lands

This table includes regulations that apply only to individual properties. Visitor use of all CDFW properties is also subject to the general regulations in sections 550 and 550.5, Title 14, CCR. Visitor use of wildlife areas is also subject to subsections 551(a) through 551(h) and any other sections of Title 14, CCR that may apply. Visitor use of ecological reserves is also subject to subsections 630(a) and (b) and any other sections of Title 14, CCR that may apply. Visitors to CDFW lands are responsible for knowing and following all applicable regulations. These regulations are available in the "California Waterfowl, Upland Game and Lands Regulations Booklet" on the Regulations page.

(3) A hunter shall not possess more than 25 shot shells while in the field.
Baldwin LakeDesignated simply as "Baldwin Lake"CSan Bernardino551(q)(1)(q) Type C Wildlife Areas with Shoot Day Restrictions and/or Special Drawing Requirements: Unless identified with specific shoot days, seasonal closures or special drawing requirements below, or with closures identified in subsection 551(o), Type C wildlife areas are open daily. Information about special drawings is available at www.wildlife.ca.gov. (1) Hunting is allowed only during waterfowl season and only on Saturdays and Wednesdays. Hunting is allowed only from a boat. Special draw entry permits are required for the first seven hunt days of waterfowl season.
