Get Involved in the Process
The success of this fishery management plan process largely depends on the continued involvement of members of the Southern California community. There are a number of ways members of the public can participate in this process:
- Sign up for the mailing list
An online email service has been created to help keep stakeholders and the interested public informed about the Spiny Lobster FMP process and will be used for notifying interested parties about activities related to the FMP.
For those who cannot receive email, sign up to receive announcements via the U.S. Postal Service ("snail mail") by contacting Tom Mason at (562) 342-7107 to provide your name and mailing address.
Note that you may sign up for the email service OR receive announcements through snail mail, but not both. To reduce expense and impacts on the environment, we request that those able to receive email sign up for the email service.
To terminate your subscription to the email service, select the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any of the Spiny Lobster FMP emails. To unsubscribe from U.S. mail, please call Tom Mason at (562) 342-7107 and request to be removed.
